Caribbean Jerk Beef Storm Tacos

Grilled jerk-marinated beef tucked into warm corn tortillas with mango salsa and avocado crema.

The outside round soaks in a bold Caribbean-inspired marinade, then caramelizes on the grill for that deep, slightly charred flavor. It’s spicy, sweet, and savory all at once.

The mango and crema cool things down just enough to keep everyone coming back for another bite.

Instructions

  1. Blend jerk marinade ingredients until smooth.
  2. Marinate beef strips at least 4 hours.
  3. Grill over high heat 6–8 minutes until charred and cooked through.
  4. Warm corn tortillas.
  5. Slice beef and fill tortillas.
  6. Top with mango salsa, pickled onions, and avocado crema.
